Do I need to be fit before starting kickboxing?
Not at all! Our classes are open to all fitness levels, and we adjust them to fit everyone. The key is to bring a positive attitude. If you're ready to work on your health, our trainers will help you reach your fitness goals.
Does training involve weights or gym machines?
Most of our training uses bodyweight exercises, aerobic and anaerobic drills, and functional movements. While some weight training may be included, our main goal is to build speed, flexibility, and strength through natural movement.
How often should I attend classes?
We understand life gets busy, but we recommend coming at least once a week to stay consistent. This will give you a solid foundation in kickboxing techniques. As you improve, you can increase the frequency and intensity of your workouts for even better results.
